Creative Workspace Network Project Manager: paid work opportunity

Last year Arts Gateway led a sub-regional project funded by the Arts Council to identify and connect organisations offering creative workspace across the SEMLEP sub-region. Alex Stacey last year very effectively showed how it could be done, and is available to brief her replacement. We are looking for a self-starter, able to organize the…

MK Arts Week was opened by Deputy Mayor Cllr David Hopkins and Mayoress…

MK Arts Week 24th Sept – 2nd Oct

Welcome to Milton Keynes Arts Week. This inaugural event, which we hope will become an annual fixture in the regional arts calendar, is all  about reaching into the communities within Milton Keynes and the surrounding areas to call to all visual artists to showcase the range and depth of talent in this area. The nine days of this show have a wider remit than only Open Studios; there are pop-up exhibitions and arts trails to be devised, and spaces that are conjured from the artists’ imaginations into real experiences for everyone to enjoy which will   be listed on this site.  There is already a full programme of performances in place. These are very exciting as they mix up the arts and challenge us on several levels. But…
